Mounted on a plane, helicopter, or even a tactical drone, the BlackKite wide-area motion imagery (WAMI) system can detect and track the movement of multiple high-value targets, day and night, over a large swath of territory. In addition, BlackKite can cue hi-definition spotter cameras to zoom in on targets. This allows the WAMI operator to not just identify targets but build a pattern-of-life analysis from their movement.
