Doug Rombough is the VP of Business Development for Logos Technologies, LLC, and a retired Army colonel. His last assignment was as the Program Executive Officer for Rotary Wing at the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), where he was responsible for overseeing of the command’s Rotary Wing Systems and providing acquisition support to all stakeholders in Rotary Wing Acquisition.

In his prior position, Mr. Rombough served as the USSOCOM Director of Operational Test and Evaluation, where he provided support and oversight for over 368 USSOCOM acquisition programs and projects.

Mr. Rombough holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from West Point and master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. He also holds a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, and the Program Manager’s Course at Defense Acquisition University, Fort Belvoir.
